The morning among vineyards and the cellar
Wine & Spa Day brings together Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona in a day dedicated to taste and well-being. The first part takes place at a historic winery, with a guided tour of about an hour and a half among panoramic vineyards, gardens and an ancient olive mill. The route introduces the history of the estate and the techniques that accompany the wine from the vineyard to the bottle. The visit is not limited to the production spaces: it connects architecture, landscape and agricultural tradition, helping to understand why the character of a wine is born long before the tasting. Every glass arrives at the end of a story that began in the fields.
Wines, oil and light lunch
The tasting includes three selected wines from the winery's production, presented through their characteristics and their link to the territory. A light lunch with typical Tuscan products accompanies the tasting of the extra virgin olive oil produced by the estate. The convivial moment completes the visit and allows you to recognize in the flavors what was explained during the tour. Those who wish to expand the tasting can request, subject to availability, an upgrade to five wines. Beverages or additional services not expressly included are considered separately.
The afternoon dedicated to well-being
In the afternoon the programme continues at a resort in Cortona with two hours of access to the spa and relaxation area. Swimming pools, sauna, Turkish bath and wellness spaces let you change pace and end the day in a more intimate setting. Treatments and massages are not included but can be requested separately. The Experience is designed for couples, friends and small groups who want to alternate discovery and rest without tiring journeys. The sequence between cellar and spa creates a natural balance: first the territory is explored through scents and flavours, then it is allowed to settle in silence and self-care.
