Valdichiana Outdoor Collection offers two nights between Castiglion Fiorentino and Civitella in Val di Chiana, following trails that cross woods, olive groves and hills. The Valdichiana is traversed by ancient routes and hiking itineraries that allow you to observe the territory at a different pace. The guided trekking introduces the history of the paths and the traces left by rural communities, connecting nature, villages and routes of communication. Every step becomes a way to measure real distances and to understand the shape of the landscape.
The Trekking and the Time of Your Stay
The excursion is defined according to the characteristics of the group and crosses scenic stretches, woods and rural roads. The guide helps you find your way, points out places of interest and keeps attention on safety. A two-night stay avoids concentrating everything into a few hours and allows you to recover your energy in a selected accommodation, with breakfast based on local products. Those who wish to extend the experience with an e-bike can request a rental separately, subject to availability. The time between one activity and another remains part of the journey and allows you to experience the villages without rushing.
The taste at the end of the route
A final tasting of DOC wines and typical products concludes the activity and creates a direct link between the walk and the local productions. The convivial stop offers time to compare impressions, retrace the stages and look at the landscape with a now different gaze. The proposal is suitable for couples, friends and small groups with a good willingness to walk, without requiring competitive performance. Transport is not included, but it can be arranged on request.
